Gay Pride, also called LGBT Pride or LGBTQ has become an annual celebration, Gay Pride commemorates the Stonewall riots, which began in the early hours of June 28, 1969, after police raided the Stonewall Inn bar in New York City’s Greenwich Village neighbourhood. We have an International team at the James Joyce Pub Madrid but we also have a LGBTQ team and celebrating Gay Pride in Madrid is important to our team, our community and we welcome everyone to join us.
