We are enormously proud to be collaborating with Cervezas La Cibeles to have our own James Joyce Pale Ale Beer. Where possible, teaming up with local suppliers, is an important part of our ethos at the James Joyce Irish Pub Madrid.

So, what does this artisan beer taste like?

It is a high fermentation Pale Ale style beer. Golden yellow in colour, with soft aromas of bread stemming from the malts and floral notes of the Spanish hops from León. In terms of taste, the James Joyce Blond Pale Ale has a balanced flavor between malt and hops, very light and refreshing. Made with one of the purest waters in the world, those of the Sierra Mountains outside Madrid.

With its balanced flavour, James Joyce Pale Ale is great with our own home-made sausages, our charcuterie board or our Irish Rib-eye. The James Joyce Irish Pub Madrid is thrilled to be working alongside Cervezas La Cibeles, a local partner.
